"For every human illness somewhere in the world, there exists a plant which is the cure” Chief Herba

They didn’t chain your hands. They just fed you wrong.

In Ancient Greece, slaves weren’t banned from exercise because of time.
They were banned because strength is dangerous.

Roman gladiators? Fed barley and beans.
Not for health. For heaviness.
Big, but slow.
All show, no overthrow.

In the Ottoman Empire, coffee was forbidden to common people.
Why?
Because caffeine wakes the brain.
And an awake brain is a threat.

Spartan slaves?
Kept hungry. Overworked.
Too tired to think. Too weak to fight.

Feudal Europe?
Peasants got bread and oats.
Nobles got red meat.
Not by chance. By design.
Because to control food is to control people.

And now—
Look around.
You’re free… but are you really?

You’re surrounded by food that bloats, dulls, and weakens you.
Told that meat is “bad” while cereal is “heart-healthy.”
You reward your children with sugar.
You start your mornings with bread and inflammation.
You crave energy but live in fatigue.
You wear exhaustion like it’s part of your identity.

No chains.
No whips.
Just addictions, confusions, and sickness.
Too sluggish to rebel. Too bloated to question.

This isn’t fitness.
This is war disguised as convenience.

And your only weapon—
is awareness.

Eat with intention.
Move with power.
Think with clarity.

Because every bite is a choice:
Chain or weapon.

Choose wisely.
