If you think I'm exaggerating when I say hospitals are driven by corrupt systems and staffed by functional illiterates—
go ahead and donate blood.

Afterward, they'll hand you soda, bread, and biscuits. Allegedly, these will replenish your blood and restore your energy.

And who tells you this? A well-decorated Medical Laboratory Scientist, possibly with a Master’s degree in Haematology.

Meanwhile, basic biology says otherwise:
Blood production is triggered by erythropoietin (EPO)—a hormone produced in your kidneys when blood levels drop. It signals your bone marrow to produce more red blood cells.

That process is supported by Iron, Vitamin B12, Folate, Heme, and Amino Acids—not by sugary drinks or processed carbs.

In reality, your body also releases reticulocytes (immature red blood cells) into circulation daily to keep blood levels stable.

So no—soda, bread, and biscuits do not replace blood or restore energy. Not even close.

The medical system is broken.
Look after your own health—because the hospital system won’t.
