Breast sagging
By Monk
Most women are applying castor oil on their breast for various reasons. Here are some of them.
Castor oil is a pale-yellow to colourless, thick and odourless oil extracted from the seeds of castor bean plant (Ricinus communis).
Applying castor oil on the breast gives a nourishing and moisturizing effect. Some benefits include:
- Makes saggy breast firm and perkier.Applying castor oil on the breast stimulates smooth muscles providing an elastic and firmer tone to the breast.
- Promotes hormonal balance.
When lymphatic flow is reduced there is a build up of toxins thus disrupting hormone balance in the body.Castor oil is able to support these detox pathways ultimately restoring hormonal equilibrium. - Stimulate breast milk production in lactating mothers.Castor oil stimulates the mammary gland thereby increasing the flow of breast milk after child birth.
- Promotes lymphatic flow.A good lymphatic flow in the breast is vital for maintaining fluid balance, preventing breast cancer and supporting immune function.
How to Use;
Apply a small amount using gentle, circular motions, working towards the lymph nodes in the armpit area to encourage lymphatic drainage, which can improve circulation in that area
